The nation needs both managers & leaders for sustainable growth

Well I always felt that if only we had more managers in our society the state of our Nation would be much better. Managers act in the direction of improving the efficiency of any process thus helping in making better use of resources. In a country like India where resources are less in comparison to the huge population what can help the country in meeting the requirements of so many people is proper management of resources. What we don't need is managers only in private sector organizations or managers restricted to fewer streams. I always feel that even administrators & bureaucrats should be taught management so that the country can be run & administered in a more planned & orderly manner minimizing losses and improving the prospects of growth. Today everywhere we talk about sustainability. What does sustainability mean? Proper management of resources so that resources are not wasted and used in such a manner that everyone benefits out of it. Today we need more and more companies coming up creating a Public Private partnership in order to harness the growth potential of the nation. Thus, Managers do add value to the society & in future the path for sustainable development will be carved only by efficient & effective managers.

Come forward to create a new world. Today's youth is full of ideas not only for themselves but also for those people who are not so fortunate. Individuals today are working day in and day out not only to advance their careers but also to build a more egalitarian society and ensuring holistic development for the country. Tamana, an NGO working towards the training and development of kids/individuals with multiple disabilities has made several strides in this area. It is not only providing education to such individuals, but also training them in vocational courses and getting them placed in organisations where the services of such individuals could be utilized.

Creating ability in disability is the goal of the organization. Tamana makes sure that the holistic development of the individual takes place. Tamana endeavours to promote a better way of life for the mentally challenged and autistic; committed to improving the conditions of the underprivileged and the poor.
Adding Color to Lives

Our constitution is  nothing but a rule book & it is also known as the law of the land. When the leaders of our freedom struggle drafted the constitution, this was a sign that India is a sovereign land and now only the people of India have the right to rule the country and form their own Government & rule. So creating the constitution was an act of making one realize that we are free to live & lead our country in the direction in which we wanted to grow it.

It ensures that we are a part of the system, and are governed by certain laws & code of conduct.
It is true that the constitution should be regularly reviewed & amendments should be made so that, the laws which become obsolete and are no longer required be changed and, a way in for better laws could be made. Also, at times we may feel at later stages that certain decisions that our leaders may have taken at some point in history is not apt & it needs to be changed and a better law needs to be enacted, then those laws should indeed be changed. It would be considered an act of wisdom. Our constitution is huge and it shows how deep & how far our leaders thought. The constitution had to be huge because India is a huge country & a heterogenous nation, infact there are many nations within India as the culture, language, dressing & food habits are different in the various parts of the country. Becoz of the cultural diversities the constitution has so many articles, byelaws, & sections. But we as a nation should be proud that India is so rich in languages & culture. It shows how people can think in so many different directions and create different systems & beliefs. It shows how much knowledge people had and the thinking ability of people. The rituals & customs are lengthy and at times are cumbersome but they depict how much thinking people may have put through to come up with such processes. Creating of so many rituals which in turn are processes in themselves is an acheivement in itself & it shows how organized our ancestors were. They always believed in the Vidhi ka Vidhan which demonstrates an unwavering faith in the various laws and processes.

But I do agree that certain rituals were unwanted & that they should be unfollowed as they were the cause of the various evils in the society.
